The DF512 tracked screener is a scalping, screening and stockpiling unit designed to handle tough applications. Robust and highly productive, the DF512 is easy to move around as it has been designed with the transport regulations of most countries. The DF512 is a medium sized mobile screener capable of processing tonnages up to 350TPH. It is suitable in many applications including scalping Quarry Rock, Crusher Run, Construction & Demolition (C&D) waste, Coal, Topsoil and Compost.

• High performance two bearing 12’x5’ (3.66M x 1.52M) Screenbox
• Largest feed hopper in its class (8m³) with hydraulic folding hopper sides as standard
• Variable speed 4 ply belt feeder with impact bed
• Variable speed on all discharge conveyors
• Wire mesh, punch plate, grizzly bofor bar or finger screen
• Hydraulic raise screenbox to facilitate mesh change
• Screen angle adjustable between 15-19˚
• Screenbox walkways to enable ease of access for maintenance & mesh change
• Air cooled or water cooled diesel powered engine (Deutz or CAT)
